Your Dashboard will now be called Account. You will find all of your Dashboard information under the Account tab Overview. This will include information such as Balance, Personal Details, Settings and your Pet Profile. Your Account will be the home of all of your personal details.

Messages & Bookings >
So you can get the most from your Mad Paws experience, your navigation bar will be redesigned. You will now have access to more functions, which will allow you to better control, manage, and organise your Account and Bookings.
Your About tab will now be separated into Account and Profile. As we explained before your Account will be the home of all of your personal details, while your Profile will feature your
public-facing info.
Photos that were previously uploaded in the About section will now be uploaded via Messages. These images can be viewed under the new tab Photos.

What is currently Inbox will now be separated into Messages and Bookings. This will allow you to keep your bookings info in one dedicated space: Bookings. You will also be able to keep track of your messages to Pet Sitters via the Messages tab.
On the new platform, you will only have one message stream with each Pet Sitter. This will make it faster, easier, and cleaner to manage conversations with them. You will be able to access your Bookings via your Message history with the Pet Sitter.

Update Dates
Do you have a Pet Sitter you love? Thanks to our new “Add Booking” functionality, you will be able to organise repeat bookings with a favourite Pet Sitter without needing to submit your details all over again. This can be accessed via Booking Details.

Have you already requested pet services but you need to change some details - like the date of the booking?
At the moment you can find this function under Update Dates in the Inbox tab. In the new website you will be able to find the Edit function under the Booking Details tab.
